Lawrence P. Mann, Esq.
Mr. Mann was born in Brooklyn, New York on December 19, 1952, and is a graduate of The American University (B.S., cum laude, 1974) and The Catholic University of America (J.D., cum laude, 1978). Mr. Mann is a member of the District of Columbia and Maryland Bars. After beginning his career as a trial attorney handling complex securities, real estate and bankruptcy cases, Mr. Mann became associated with Steven A. Winkelman in 1980 in order to specialize in the representation of financial institutions, an association that continued until Mr. Winkelman's retirement in 1995. Mr. Mann developed and continues to lead the firm's active and growing practice representing banks in lending transactions. Mr. Mann is a past chairman of the Banking Law Section of the Bar Association of the District of Columbia, and is a frequent lecturer on banking law topics.
Ronald J. Marshall, Esq.
Mr. Marshall was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on June 14, 1954, and is a graduate of Colgate University (B.A. 1975) and The American University (J.D. 1978). Mr. Marshall is a member of the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia Bars. Following a clerkship with the Honorable Leonard Braman of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, Mr. Marshall represented financial institutions and real estate developers in a real estate transactions and litigation practice. Upon joining the firm in 1985, Mr. Marshall's practice shifted primarily to the representation of financial institutions. An active member at bar, he is a past chairman of the Real Property Law Section of the Bar Association of the District of Columbia, has been a frequent lecturer at the Georgetown University/D.C. Bar Continuing Legal Education real estate seminars, and is the co-author of the Real Estate Section in the D.C. Bar Practice Manual. Additionally, Mr. Marshall is the editor of the chapter on Mortgages and Trust Deeds in the second edition of The Real Estate Handbook, Dow Jones Irwin Publishers.
Kevin R. Sebastian, Esq.
Mr. Sebastian was born in Biloxi, Mississippi on December 29, 1966, and is a graduate of Clemson University (B.S. 1989) and the University of Baltimore (J.D. 1995). Mr. Sebastian is a member of the Maryland State Bar and the Montgomery County Bar Association Real Property Section. Mr. Sebastian was an attorney for Keystone Title Settlement Services, Inc. in Frederick, Maryland where he concentrated his practice on the acquisition, development and construction financing of real estate. He joined the firm as an associate in October, 1998, and made partner in 2004.
